Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, refrigerator (120 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday room is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per cable. Sender in German and English language.

Keszthely. The holiday room is located on a 400 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance.
BALKES007 (4 + 2P) and BALKES 049 (4 + 1P) are in the same house.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.
