Both homes are thoughtfully furnished with brand-new décor and a modern coastal aesthetic that feels stylish, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. Each residence offers an open-concept main living level with a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living room ideal for movie nights or games, a versatile daybed for lounging, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom—making the layout convenient and functional for all guests.



Upstairs in each home, you’ll find two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom. The primary bedrooms feature king beds, and select rooms include private decks and designated desk areas—ideal for quiet mornings or remote work. The additional bedrooms offer queen beds, all outfitted with comfortable mattresses, quality linens, and thoughtful touches to ensure a restful stay.



Outdoor living is a standout feature of this compound. Each home has its own private outdoor area, designed for relaxing and entertaining after a day at the beach. One space features a spacious yard with lounge seating, a dining table for six, and a BBQ—perfect for group meals and evening gatherings. The second home offers a private patio with comfortable seating and a dining area, ideal for winding down and enjoying the coastal air. These outdoor areas are completely separate, allowing each group to enjoy their own space.

• Pets allowed with a pet fee of $150 per pet. Up to two dogs permitted.

• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

• Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
