The backyard offers a diving pool, hot tub, firepit & Blackstone Grill. Enjoy views from the rooftop deck of Red Mountain & city lights. The home sits just a few miles to the Fountain Park, McDowell Mountain Park, golf, hiking & restaurants. Come be our guest and enjoy everything Fountain Hills, Scottsdale & surrounding area has to offer!

Pool Heat available at a cost of $55 per day. Hot Tub is always heated.

A. The property is equipped with one public-facing security camera. One Ring camera at the front door of the home.

B. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. The maximum occupancy is 8 and renter must seek approval in advance to exceed at any given time.

C. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

D. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

E. No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.

F. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges should damage occur during occupancy.
