The home offers three bedrooms with two queen beds and two twin beds, along with one full bathroom located on the main floor. Guests can enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Roku streaming, central HVAC, keyless entry, and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with essentials for preparing meals. The fully fenced yard provides a great outdoor space to unwind, and guests will have access to two private parking spaces behind the home, plus unlimited street parking.
The property includes safety features such as smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and deadbolt locks for peace of mind. Please note that same-day check-in and check-out are not permitted to allow adequate cleaning time between stays. Trash and recycling are collected on Mondays via the rear alley, and guests do not need to move the bins. As there is no garbage disposal, guests are asked to empty the drain catcher and avoid placing food down the sink.

We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $100.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $100.00 pet fee.
