Peaceful, stunning riverside getaway

Large, comfortable, well laid out villa with spectacular view of the river, particularly from the private dock that we sat out on every night / ate meals on. Good sized pool and well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend.

Spacious and clean

More room than four adults needed, especially since we spent most of our time on the dock or in the pool area. Enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises from the dock. The kitchen had everything we needed including bar accessories.

We just spent three weeks at Rio Del Mar in Cape Coral and it was an amazing experience. The home was stunning and the location, right on the river was just perfect affording amazing sunsets and views of the channel out to the Gulf. The Seabim team were so easy to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend this property for a perfect Cape Coral experience. DN

Casa con piscina frente al mar

Una casa muy bonita y espaciosa , un muelle con una hermosa vista , Perfecto para la familia , dos cosas que puede ser mejor,una el aire acondicionado lo tienen graduado a una temperatura de 73 , que es muy alta para las alta temperaturas del verano, dos muchos insectos , aunque ellos dicen que están trabajando en eso , te puedes encontrar algunos constantemente. Por lo demás todo muy bien

Thank you, much appreciated. A/C: not exactly sure what you mean. During summer time you have to set the A/C to a low temperature because the outside temperatures are high and the A/C runs all the time. Some rooms will not get that cold but this is the case in most homes in SW Florida. It has something to do with the whole cycle and the way A/C´s are built. Insects: I am sorry for this. Especially in the summer time it can happen, no matter which house and where it is located or how old it is. All our homes are serviced for pest on a regular basis and that works fine. However, if there is a problem we call the pest control company for extra service. But we need to know about the problem. If you told your guest consultant about it we ordered an extra service. Then it takes some days until it works. Again, it is not possible to totally avoid insects in the house in Florida , especially during summer. Thanks for the feedback.

Rio Del Mar on river

House was very nice, clean. Pool was great. Was man walking around property that I assume was part of ownership but was a bit disturbing. House had everything needed. Pier was nice but would have liked to seen dolphins (no fault of house or property). Had a very nice vacation. Would recommend.

Location Location Location

The view of the river and the boat dock are the best features of this property. Million dollar views! The pool was great and very nicely heated. The inside of the home was spotless and very well appointed with everything a family of 4 could have needed. The property management company was so easy to work with when we needed the pool cleaned after a few storms. All in all I would highly recommend this property to another family for a great Floridian vacation!!
