Prospect On The Hill: a lovely mid-century modern boasting one-level living, with easy access to Lake Mansfield Park and the center of downtown Great Barrington. The house is light-filled, spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches throughout. The front room has a cozy elegant seating area with fun battery operated candles in the fireplace for great ambience. There are books and games available and a large coffee table perfect for a puzzle or a board game. This is a great room to enjoy appetizers before dinner or to cozy up in with a book. The recently updated kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances which include: a refrigerator/freezer, electric range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and standard drip coffee maker. With plenty of counter space and kitchen, preparing your meals is a breeze. The kitchen is "eat in" with table seating for 6 along with additional counter seating for 3. The large media room is just off the kitchen and offers guests comfortable seating with it's oversized leather sofa & chairs, alongside a 65" Smart TV with access to all of your favorite streaming channels.
Bedrooms: Head down the hall from the front room to the three (3) bedrooms and two (2) full baths. The primary bedroom has a king bed and ensuite full bathroom with walk-in shower. Guest room #2 has a queen bed and guest room #3 has two (2) full size beds. These 2 bedrooms share another bathroom #2, with a tub/shower combo.
Lower Level: The fully finished playroom has a lot to offer: with billiards table that can convert into an air hockey table, another smart TV, sitting area, indoor basketball shoot-out game, doll house, toys, games, and more. This area is multi-purpose and also includes a craft table and other fun things to do for kids of all ages. The laundry room is also located on this lower level.
Outside: The backyard, fully fenced, is easily accessed through the media room. There is a crushed stone patio has a dining table and chairs, outdoor umbrella, chaise lounge and propane BBQ grill. There is also a fire pit for guests to enjoy.
