Being located in the column of the largest apartments, it sleeps up to 6 people in total comfort (photo), without the need to "drag furniture" and still leaves the table and kitchen space totally free.

There is plenty of room for children to play after a beach day, when we dads and moms want to rest (photo).

Air cond. Split 22. 000 BTUs NEW (changed 14/08/2019), bench with 3 high stools, refrigerator (not minibar), all furnished and do not use mattresses, only comfortable mattresses, double bed with spring mattress.

We do not provide bed and bath linen, but the person who takes care of the apartment can be requested and charged for it. If there is interest, I send the contact of the same to be arranged in advance.
The fact of not living in Arraial makes it difficult to control its quality.

Condominium with total security that has: garage with right to 01 (one) vacancy, in the rotary system and by order of arrival, 2 elevators, large social area; swimming pool, sauna, living room with 32 "flat screen tv, wireless internet and cable tv.
The internet and cable TV are contracted and the responsibility of the condominium, although it works in the apartments.

No more than 6 people per unit (even children) and pets of any size.

For check-in before 14h and check-out after 11h will be charged the corresponding daily rate.
