About the area
About this property
Casa Paz your oasis with 3 pools - abandon stress
Summary:
New 2BR luxury condo with sweeping ocean views in the heart of Sayulita. Designed for comfort and style, this modern retreat sleeps up to 4 with a king and full bed, plus 2 full baths. Enjoy a private balcony plunge pool, rooftop infinity pool with staffed bar, jacuzzi, gym, yoga deck, co-working space, and a family pool. Just one block from the plaza and two blocks from the beach—surf, dine, wander, and soak up Sayulita’s vibrant coastal energy.
The Space:
Arrive on the 7th floor with secure, keyless entry and step into a light-filled, ocean-facing escape. The open-concept living space flows seamlessly to your private balcony, where a plunge pool and sweeping views set the tone for relaxed coastal living.
The fully equipped modern kitchen includes a coffee maker and blender—perfect for morning rituals or sunset cocktails. Both bedrooms are thoughtfully designed for privacy and comfort, each paired with a full bathroom. Clean lines, curated finishes, and intentional design make this condo feel both refined and effortlessly livable.
This is Sayulita living—elevated, breezy, and beautifully done.
Guest Access:
Caivama offers two convenient entry points: ground-level street access directly to the elevator, or stairs to the main lobby just to the right. Front desk staff are present in the common areas Monday–Saturday, 9am–8pm.
You’ll receive a QR code (with backup PIN) providing access to the building, elevator, your floor, and shared amenities. The gym, co-working space, and yoga deck are located on Floor 8. The rooftop amenities are accessed via a separate interior elevator system.
The Neighborhood:
You’re perfectly positioned—just one block from Sayulita’s central plaza and two blocks from the beach. The town is vibrant, social, and full of life, with great dining, surf culture, art, and nightlife all within easy walking distance.
Getting Around:
Sayulita is wonderfully walkable, and most guests explore on foot. For trips to the outer edges of town or nearby beaches, many visitors enjoy renting golf carts. Our digital guidebook includes trusted airport shuttle services and local golf cart rental options.
Other Things to Note:
• Washer/dryer combo units work well, but cycles are long—speed wash and drying separately is recommended.
• Sayulita is a lively jungle town. Music and festivities can run late, and noise levels vary.
• Expect tropical conditions: humidity, occasional power or Wi-Fi interruptions, seasonal storms, and native wildlife like mosquitos.
• During peak travel periods, local utilities and services may experience brief outages.
We love this part of the world deeply and believe honesty creates better stays. Sayulita is magical, authentic, and alive—but it’s not a manicured resort town. If you embrace the rhythm of the tropics, you’ll fall in love with it too.
Interaction with Guests:
Front desk staff are available during business hours for general questions related to the building and common areas (they are not part of our team). For anything related to your stay, accommodations, or needs, Arrival Getaways is always your direct point of contact.
