Gerne möchten wir Ihnen mitteilen, dass die Quardratermazahl der Ferienwohnung transparent angegen ist. Raum und Größe liegt im Sinne des Betrachters liegt.
Im Zuge der Grundreinigung hat das Reinigen/Durchwaschen der Bettwäsche stattgefunden.
Schade, dass Sie sich nicht vor Ort mit dem Vermietungsbüro in Verbindung gesetzt haben. Wir sind jederzeit, rund um die Uhr erreichbar. (unsere Öffnungszeiten sind Ihnen bekannt). Neben den Schlüsseltresoren, aus welchem Sie Ihre Anreiseunterlagen entnommen haben, hängt eine Notrufnummer. Bei Mängeln sind wir immer bemüht, alles für unsere Gäste zu regeln. Sollten Sie Fotomaterial vorliegen haben, übermitteln Sie uns dieses gerne und wir schauen selbstverständlich.

Alles absolut stimmig.
Glücklicherweise hatte ich Bettwäsche und Handtücher dabei, denn der Hinweis darauf fehlte in der Objektbeschreibung.
