Unlike traditional venues, The Grand Sojourn offers a collection of private tiny homes located together within one scenic mountain property. Each guest or couple stays in their own fully private unit, while shared gathering spaces throughout the community create natural opportunities to connect.

The property offers the perfect balance of accessibility and retreat — close enough for convenience, yet tucked away enough to feel exclusive for your wedding weekend.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.

ACCESS

For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check-in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.

TRANSIT

The Grand Sojourn is easily accessible via paved roads and does not require a steep mountain drive. Standard vehicles are suitable year-round.

Each tiny home includes designated parking nearby for convenient access. Guests are free to come and go throughout the wedding weekend, with shared community areas such as the fire pit spaces, recreation areas, and viewing deck available to all members of your group.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Kitchen Essentials:
Each tiny home is equipped with basic cooking utensils, a kitchenette setup, and a coffee maker for light meal preparation and morning coffee.

Linens & Starter Supplies:
All units include bed linens and bath towels. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, and basic toiletries is provided. Guests are responsible for additional supplies needed during their stay.

Community Setting:
The Grand Sojourn is a multi-unit tiny home community. While each home is fully private, shared outdoor spaces such as the fire pit areas, recreation zones, and viewing deck are accessible to your group throughout the event weekend.

Weather:
The property is accessible via paved roads and standard vehicles. In rare cases of severe weather, guests should exercise normal travel precautions.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES

Booking Confirmation Procedure:
• The person with the platform account is considered the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 years or older and provide a government-issued ID to confirm age (ID number may be obscured).
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Rental Agreement and applicable event policies.
• Booking Guest must remain on-site for the full duration of the reservation.

No Smoking Indoors:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all tiny homes and indoor spaces. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas away from doors and windows. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pet Policy:
The Grand Sojourn is pet friendly. A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet, per unit.
Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding and must be crated if left unattended. Guests are responsible for cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it properly.

Power Outages:
As with any mountain property, occasional power outages may occur due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Restoration is handled by the local utility provider and is typically resolved as quickly as possible.

Additional Guest Violation: As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.

Unauthorized Pet Infraction: Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.
