We are a couple originally from New York City who have made Punta Uva our home and are raising our daughter here. We live on the property in a separate house and are available to help with recommendations about the area and help schedule tours.

We love the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica for its reggae and calypso vibes, delicious food, and natural beauty. We chose to make your home in Punta Uva for it's nature...we are surrounded by trees, monkeys, iguanas, hummingbirds, toucans and macaws, and especially for its beautiful beach - the best for swimming in the area, great for surfing, and it's lovely river where you can kayak or stand up paddle board.

Our houses are set in a beautiful garden surrounded by jungle and less than 10 minutes walking to the best beach in the area. It's perfect for families, surfers, couples and solo travelers looking for a comfortable place to call home during their Costa Rican vacation.
