»House by the sea 283« Our house has three bedrooms with double or two single beds and can accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor is the kitchen, open to the dining room and fully equipped, the living room with fireplace, a bedroom, bathroom and sauna. The bathroom has a spa bath and a separate shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the gallery and a small shower room with toilet.

Notes on additional costs and fees:
Costs for electricity (0.35 EUR per kWh), water (6.50 EUR per cubic meter) and gas (0.98 EUR per cubic meter) are charged according to consumption (prices without guarantee).
Tourist tax must be paid locally.
Firewood, bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request.
200, - € rental deposit are to pay in advance and will be charged with the additional costs.
A pet is available for a surcharge. For booking a second pet, please contact your agency.

Please note: The houses in the Strandpark are in a biosphere reserve, so barbecuing with an open fire is not allowed.

Absolute top Lage, in 2 Minuten am Strand. Super Ausstattung, uns hat es an nichts gemangelt. Oft stören die kleinen Sachen wie bspw zu wenig Besteck oder stumpfe Messer - hier ist alles vorhanden. Sehr gemütliche Einrichtung, Couchecken auf jeder Etage. Tischoberflächen aus Holz statt kaltem Glas. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.

Hübsches und gemütliches Haus am Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt außerhalb der Saison sehr genossen. Das Haus ist angenehm am Rande der Ferienanlage gelegen und alle Familienmitglieder haben sich wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Durch Whirpool, Kamin und Sauna kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen. Hunde waren willkommen. Kontakt zum Gastgeber war optimal. Alles war bestens organisiert

Schönes Haus direkt am Meer

Alles funktionierte, Bodenheizung, Whirlpool, Sauna Top Defizite in Sachen Sauberkeit wurden schnell behoben. Gerne wieder. Kleine Anmerkung: wer gehbehindert ist sollte es sich aufgrund der Entfernung zum nächsten Geschäft/Restaurant überlegen ob er dieses Haus nimmt. Zu Fuß sind es schon einige Meter

Urlaub vom 26.01 bis 09.02.25

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Grünspan am Wasserhahn Badewanne. Dusche in beiden Bädern nicht in Ordnung. Siebe der Wasserhähne verteilten Wasser überall hin, da die Siebe zu waren. Riesige Spinnweben an Gardinen. Wasserstopfen im Bad verdreckt. Gebuchte Artikel nicht da und Wäsche in der zweiten Woche nicht geliefert. Trotz mehrfachen Versprechen ist der Hausmeister nicht aufgetaucht,, um die versprochenen Arbeiten zu erledigen. Für mehr als als Ehepaar mit zwei Kindern nicht zu empfehlen, da zu klein. Mit zwei Pärchen zu klein und zu hellhörig. Die Landschaft war toll.... Wir werden mit Sicherheit dieses Haus nicht mehr anmieten. ...freundlichen Gruß, Familie Uthmann und Familie Struck

Wir konnten einen sehr erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub genießen mit wunderbarem Wetter. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses am Ende des Dünenparks hat uns sehr gut gefallen, da es nicht so dicht an den anderen Häusern steht. Im Wald und in Strandnähe, dass hat auch unserem Hund sehr gut gefallen.

Tolle Lage und tolles Haus

Super. Das Haus war toll. Sehr sauber. Toller Job von der Reinigungsfirma. Zwei Anmerkungen: Am Anreisetag war Feiertag. Daher war die Kurwerwaltung geschlossen und wir wussten nicht wie wir zum Objekt durch die Schranke kommen sollten. Eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin der Kurverwaltung die zufällig vor Ort war hat uns dann auf den Notknopf für solche Fälle an der Schranke hingewiesen. Somit konnten wir dann schnell zur Unterkunft. Der zweite Hinweis ist das Terrassendeck. Hier scheint eine Erneuerung nötig. Schien kurz vorm durchbrechen zu sein. Ansonsten ist das Haus sehr zu Empfehlen und gerade in der Vorsaison ein Schnäppchen. Vielen Dank und bis bald…👍

Die Lage kurz hinter dem Deich ist klasse. Die Objektverwaltung ist sehr aktiv und entgegen kommend. Das Haus ist schön. Die Küchenausstattung und mehrere Details ist für die Preisklasse eher spärlich.

Tolle Woche auf Rügen.

Wir hatten eine kurzweilige Woche auf Rügen. Das Haus bot alles, was man brauchte und noch mehr (Sauna/Whirlpool) Die Küche war voll ausgestattet.Es war ordentlich Platz vorhanden . Das Haus befindet sich direkt am Strand. Nach ein paar Schritten durch den Wald ist man da. Morgens standen sogar manchmal Rehe vor vom Haus . Tolle Lage am Ende der Ferienhaussiedlung.

Einfach toll

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Sogar Zubehör für den Strand ist da. Die Nähe zum Strand ist genial. Es ist absolut ruhig. Der backshop hat lecker Brötchen. Der Parkplatz ist direkt am Objekt. Der Schrankenzugang ist super geregelt. Nur das Wasser beim Duschen ist temperaturtechnisch recht schwankend. Hat uns aber nicht wirklich gestört. Wir sind sehr ungern abgereist…

Idyllisches Wohnen mitten im Wald und am Meer

Letzte Haus in der Strandparkanlage, sodass man wirklich auch Ruhe und die Natur genießen kann. Die Ausstattung u.a. der Küche ist sehr gut, uns hat nichts gefehlt Zu Fuß zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, in 10 min kommt man zu einem kleinen Backshop und in 25min zu den Geschäften und Restaurants. Für uns mit Hund eine absolute Traumlage.

Wunderschöner Urlaub mit traumhafter Lage

Der Zustand der Inneneinrichtung müsste besser kontrolliert werden. (kaputte Glühbirnen, wenig Geschirr, Sauberkeit) Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Duschen fehlt. Bewegungsmelder im Außenbereich wäre wünschenswert.

Tolle Lage

Das Haus ist sehr schön im Wald, am Rand des Strandparks gelegen und hat sogar noch eine uneinsehbare Grünfläche hinter der Terrasse. Wer Ruhe sucht und ein bisschen Abgelegenheit, ist bei diesem Haus richtig. Man läuft ca. 15 Minuten bis hach Göhren oder Baabe Innenstadt. Insgesamt ist es komfortabel eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich, hier und da wären Instandhaltungsarbeiten notwendig (lockere Türklinke etc.).

Ein bisschen mehr Gründlichkeit...

Wir waren jetzt schon zum vierten Mal in Baabe in den Objekten rings um unser diesmaliges Domizil. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Diesmal mussten wir uns aber darüber ärgern, dass die Kolleginnen und Kollegen, welche die Endreinigung der Vormieter durchgeführt hatten, nicht sehr gründlich gearbeitet hatten. Anders ist es uns nicht zu erklären, dass der Eingangsbereich zum Haus derart mit (alten) Spinnweben zu gesponnen war, dass es einen schon ein wenig ekelte. Es wäre schön, wenn dort künftig seitens des Reinigungspersonals genauer hingeschaut würde.

Great house - some items starting to wear a bit

A great location at the very end of ostseebad Baabe. The house is in general nice, but starting to show some signs of wear and tear here and there, which the owner could easily fix for a few hundred €
