Loved our stay at Colony by the Sea! Beautiful kitchen and dining area, and there was plenty of comfortable seating with three comfy couches in the living room. The kitchen, dining, and living room are all one big open room, so lots of time to hang out together as a family while cooking and eating. As soon as you walk out the front door, you look to the right and see the ocean. Beach was not crowded at all right off the beach access of the property. Owners that live there made us feel very welcome. There were extra chairs and pool noodles in the closet by the front door. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay!
