Our stay here was great. Jessi, our host, was very helpful and hospitable, as well with answering any questions we had. The location was also convenient, especially if you're driving and need to get onto any of the major highways. We would stay here again!

The host was very helpful and available. There is not "off street" parking. It is street parking, however the spot in front of the house was always available. The home was very clean and organized. The tile floors were not secure in all spots, the owner mitigated this with rugs. Which worked well for me, if you have stability issues it might be an issue. I enjoyed my visit and would recommend it to others as well as stay there again. The photos were accurate and exactly as expected. The bed was very comfortable as was the other furniture. Thanks to Jessi for the use of her home, it was a wonderful visit.

The tile has been repaired and I am sorry for the miscommunication about the street parking.

LOVED my stay here! So did my dogs. There’s everything you need to be at home away from home. Clean and tidy, nice and cool inside (we stayed in July). Neighborhood is older and well-established so has a rough look to it, but I was assured it’s safe and I experienced no problems at all. There’s a cute park a few blocks down, neighborhood is very walkable with sidewalks. Dog shoes might be good for summer since the backyard is rock and it gets a lot of sun, plus there’s not a ton of grass in the neighborhood. Coffee shop nearby is confirmed good. I will absolutely stay here again when we travel without our human kids again (space comfortably fits up to 2 people). Lastly, Jessi was fabulous to work with and was very communicative. I had no problems at all but she was very concerned about our comfort during this heat wave. Thanks again!

Jessica's place was absolutely lovely. It is very cozy - perfect for a couple or solo traveler and dog welcoming is always a plus. Our senior pup is usually terrified when staying at a new place, but he made himself right at home and raided the collection of dog toys. The location is great - downtown and the RiNo area are short drives away. The street parking in front of the house was available during our entire stay. We also loved visiting Prodigy coffee a few blocks away and highly recommend checking it out. I will definitely check to see if this place is available the next time I visit Denver.
