The studio is a charming duplex of 25 m2, situated on the top of a 18th century building, in Sentier /Montorgueil area. 5 th floor by foot and an amazing space, very quiet. The wooden framework is unique and lots of ethnic details make it warm and peaceful. Made by an architect in 2025. It is rented with full equipment, sheets, linens, high speed wifi. 2 possible places for eventual coworking at home, a second bed on a mezzanine to read or rest. Close to the center of Paris, with the Louvre very close by, the Tuileries gardens for running, the beautiful market of Montorgueil, and many restaurants around.
