About this property
2BR Estuary Views | Spa | Easy Ocean/River Access
Summary:
Perched on a hill within Goat Rock State Park in Jenner, CA, Tidesong is a quiet riverfront home at the mouth of the Russian River, where the ocean meets the river. Sit back, relax, unwind and enjoy the coast at your own pace. With a wraparound deck, private hot tub, cozy wood stove, and river views from most rooms, it’s easy to spend your days relaxing, cooking at home, or exploring nearby beaches and trails.
The Space:
Tidesong sits high above the Russian River estuary, offering front-row views of one of Northern California’s most beautiful natural settings. Floor-to-ceiling windows and skylights fill the home with light and bring the outdoors in, whether you’re watching kayaks drift along the water or spotting ospreys, bald eagles, river otters, and hummingbirds throughout the day, this is truly a magical setting to relax and enjoy the beauty.
The heart of the home is the open living area, where expansive views, comfortable seating, and a wood-burning stove create a warm and inviting place to gather. At night, the soft sound of waves in the distance makes it easy to fully unwind.
The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped for home cooking, with quality cookware, sharp knives, spices, and everything you need to prepare meals with ease. Step outside to the wraparound deck to grill, dine, or sip your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the river.
The home features two bedrooms spread across two levels. The downstairs bedroom offers a queen bed and dresser, while the upstairs bedroom includes a king bed, trundle bed, TV, dressing area, and a bathroom with a shower. Guests should note that you must pass through the lower bedroom to access the upper bedroom. While there is no door between the two, there is still a comfortable sense of privacy with them being on separate floors.
One of the most loved features of Tidesong is the private hot tub. Set beneath the open sky, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking, beachcombing, or kayaking, especially at night, when you may hear owls or coyotes calling in the distance.
Guest Access:
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire home, including the wraparound deck, private hot tub, and grill. Parking is available on site for up to two vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Located within Goat Rock State Park, Tidesong feels wonderfully secluded while still being close to everything Jenner has to offer. Beaches, hiking trails, tide pools, and scenic overlooks are all nearby, making this an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts and nature lovers. While the setting is peaceful and private, local cafés, restaurants, and small coastal towns are just a short drive away.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended for exploring the area. Parking for two vehicles is available at the home. Once settled in, many guests enjoy spending their days on the river, at nearby beaches, or hiking the surrounding trails without needing to travel far.
Other Things to Note:
To help maintain the home for all guests, pets are not allowed, with the exception of legally recognized service animals. If you’re traveling with a service animal, please let us know in advance.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoors, decks, patios, and driveways. Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM so everyone can enjoy the peaceful setting.
📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
