modern house for 6 persons, at the large common pool and just 300m from the sandy beach, with a/c, Wi-Fi, car-parking, and only 500m to Conil Salt water pool without chlorine treatment, 3 bedrooms plus 2 sofas that can be turned into beds in the living room, 2 bathrooms, one ensuite, plus a guest toilet, common pool of approximately 12 x 18m!, DVB-T TV, smart TV, air conditioning throughout the house, private garden, some terraces with furniture. The Casa Marivi has fiber glass internet.

The pool is open from Semana Santa (Easter) until 30 September

Elfter Urlaub in Conil

Die Unterkunft hat uns wieder gut gefallen.. Die Gastgeber waren herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus, wie bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt sehr sauber.. Vielleicht wäre es möglich die Liegestuehle vom Dach und Garten zu mixen.. Ältere Menschen kommen nur svhwer aus den gebogenen Stühlen. Wir moechten im naechsten Jahr gerne wieder kommen. Conil bleibt auf jeden Fall einer unserer Lieblingsorte.

Insgesamt schöne Zeit im Casa Marivi

Schönes Ferienhaus im Allem drum und dran, was im Haus nötig ist. Man merkt die privaten Inhaber, die sich um alles kümmern das Haus ausstatten. Nicht gefallen haben uns die sehr schmalen Betten und die Hellhörigkeit aus den Bädern. Lage in Conil top!

Wir waren schon mehrfach da. Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und mehr. Bettwäsche und Handtücher in ausreichender Menge. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Une très belle location pour les vacances

Une maison spacieuse et très bien équipée située dans une urbanisation récente, avec de très beaux espaces verts et une piscine commune. La plage est rapidement accessible à pied, le centre-ville, très animé en soirée, peut également être rejoint à 15min de marche via un agréable chemin côtier. Le quartier est composé d’autres urbanisations et d’hôtels. Une très belle location pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.

Estuvimos en Casa Mariví 3 adultos y 3 niños la última semana de junio 2023. Limpieza de 10, ubicación de 10, colchones y almohadas muy cómodos, cocina equipada con todo lo necesario y más, no faltaba de nada. La urbanización muy tranquila y cuidada. La piscina bien, aunque no es de agua salada como indican, justo al lado de la casa. La playa a 5 min. y al centro llegas dando unos 15. Supermercados cerca . Recomendable 100%. Para repetir.

Das Casa Marivi war wieder absolut toll, sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Die Lage in Conil ist ideal um schnell am Strand oder auch in der Stadt zu sein. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Empfehlung!

Perfekte Lage und Unterkunft

Wir durften den ganzen Monat Mai im Casa Marivi verbringen. Die meiste Zeit war es sehr ruhig und entspannend in der Anlage. Das Haus ist in sehr gepflegt und liegt ideal um Strand und Conil zu erleben. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir kommen wieder.

Casa Marivi en Conil es el lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones en familia o con amigos. A 10 mn andando de la playa y 15 mn del pueblo. La casa está equipada con todo tipo de detalles y menaje, no le falta nada. La limpieza es exquisita. Lo mejor, la increible terraza para disfrutar de los desayunos, tardes y cenas al fresco, con una gran mesa y tumbonas... sin olvidarme de la amabilidad y dedicación de Antonia y Juan. Una casa para disfrutar

La casa es espectacular. Todo es perfecto. La limpieza impecable, y cumpliendo todos los protocolos Covid, incluso te dejan un bote de gel hidroalcoholico en la entrada. No le falta un detalle a la casa, menaje completo y lo que se te ocurra q necesites, lo tienes. Mobiliario moderno y muy cómodo. Smart tv y wifi. Pero lo mejor es la terraza para disfrutar de los desayunos, tardes y cenas al fresco, con una gran mesa y tumbonas... sin olvidarme de la amabilidad y dedicación de Antonia y Juan La playa a 5mn andando y el pueblo tb muy cerca Un lugar para recomendar y repetir sin duda
