THE HOME

Set on 8 private, wooded acres in Bartlett — gateway to the White Mountains — this home was designed for groups who want genuine luxury without sacrificing space or privacy. Three floors. Five Smart TVs. Multiple living areas so kids and adults can each have their own zone.

The wood pellet stove keeps the entire first floor warm and crackling on cool mountain evenings. After a long day hiking or skiing, the private hot tub is steps from the main floor. In summer, the fire pit and outdoor dining area become the heart of the property.

THE HOME

Spread across three floors with multiple gathering spaces, this home was built for groups who want to be together without being on top of each other.

• First floor: Open-concept kitchen, dining, and living room with 75" Smart TV, Sonos sound system, and wood pellet stove. The dedicated home office is here too — with a printer and ethernet for anyone who needs to work remotely.

• Second floor: The loft lounge with 50" Smart TV and sectional is perfect for a quieter retreat. Two king primary suites, each with a private ensuite bath and room-darkening shades, are on this level. Full laundry room with washer and dryer.

• Third floor: The game room. Air hockey, Pop-a-Shot, Giant Connect 4, Xbox, 65" Smart TV, and a full sofa bed. The energy of the whole trip ends up here.
