The property is just 4 minutes off the 205 freeway, and its location is ideal for travelers wanting to explore both the Willamette Valley wine country while also being close enough to downtown Portland to enjoy all that the city has to offer. Use Festive Hill as your centrally located base of operations.
Affluent Lake Oswego is also just a 10 minute drive away, where great shops and restaurants await you, and Oregon City on the Willamette River with its famous Willamette Falls is also just 10 minutes away.

My name is Ron and my wife's name is Maggie, or if you can pronounce it, Wenxin Yuan - she's originally from Beijing, China. Together we run a busy winery with a 10,000 square foot wine tasting and event center. Both Maggie and I spent time in the entertainment industry in our younger years, me in L.A. as a musician/actor/writer/director (its an L.A. thing), and Maggie produced some pretty high-profile movies in China before she married me and moved to America. When we settled down to raise a family in Oregon, it was our dream to build a destination for our friends old and new to enjoy good wine, food and music!
Luckily we found the perfect spot on Festive Hill to make it happen. We'd love to host your family or group at both the estate house and it's adjacent Festive Hill Winery. Your stay includes a complimentary wine tasting - Thursdays thru Sundays.

Private, rural and quiet. Our neighbors raise horses, cows and goats. There is a century farm just down the road. Idyllic area just outside of Portland.
