Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time: 10:00 am Please load used dishes into the dishwasher and start it. Leave used towels in a pile on the bathroom floor. Leave used sheets in a pile on the bedroom floors.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked. Please don’t leave food out in the kitchen. Return garage door opener to the basket in the kitchen. Return key to exterior key-safe.
Turn off all lights. Turn thermostat to 55*. SAFE TRAVELS! And we hope to host you again soon. :-)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
View wildlife from the house. Moose are not uncommon and dangerous. Bear aren't as common, but present! No food left outside or in vehicle. Thank you.
Quiet time, in consideration of our wonderful neighbors, 7am-9pm.
If rental agreement is not signed by 30 day prior to check-in, the booking could be cancelled.

Beautiful home that was perfect for our group while we were in town! Quiet clean neighborhood with a private back yard complete with fire pit! We will definitely try to stay here again when in town.

My husband and I are empty-nesters now living in Soldotna, AK on the Kenai Peninsula (a.k.a. "Alaska's Playground"). I am an early-retiree from nursing and my husband still works in the medical field. We love getting to spend time with our adult children, our new grandson, traveling and outdoor excursions which include our silver lab, Cooper.

Why they chose this property

We bought this home several years ago in order for our son and daughter-in-law to rent from us while they lived in Anchorage, working at Providence Hospital. We loved the location at the base of the Chugach Mtn Range, close to the hospitals and the family-friendly, safe neighborhood. They have since moved in the lower 48, but we decided to keep the house, remodeling it completely, to rent it to others, whether traveling up here to accept short-term medical contracts or to vacationers visiting our beautiful state. We have rented other residential properties and commercial buildings locally and in others states prior to this house.

What makes this property unique

We think it stands out because of the beautiful, complete remodel we've done, the location and the ranch style. It's in a quiet, safe, family-friendly neighborhood also.
