Sierra Lodge - 3 Acres, Hot Tub, Sauna, Theater

Sierra Lodge was born from our own frustration — traveling with four other growing families, we could never find a place big enough, well-equipped enough, and still felt like a true getaway. So we built it.

The result is a private, wooded 3-acre property with three distinct spaces sleeping 16+, less than a mile from Speelyi Beach on Lake Cle Elum and minutes from Roslyn and Suncadia. Whether you're planning a multi-family vacation or a friends trip, this is the space you've been looking for.

THE LODGE
The heart of the property features an open-concept kitchen and living room with a gas fireplace and dining for 14. Spread across two levels:

Main level: King bedroom with daybed, double bunk room that sleeps 6, 2 full bathrooms
Upper level: King bedroom, Queen bedroom, sleeper sofas that converts to a king or two twin mattresses in the loft, 1 full bathroom

THE GUEST HOUSE
A self-contained apartment with 2 bedrooms (on queen room and one queen plus twin loft room), 1 bathroom, a kitchenette, and a sleeper sofa in the living room — perfect for added privacy within the group.

THE ENTERTAINMENT PAVILION
A 36' x 36' indoor space packed with physical games and activities, including mini pickleball. Upstairs you'll find the theater room and additional games.

OUTDOORS
The property is mostly level with mature trees, an open meadow, a large deck off the main living area, and a fire pit (subject to burn ban conditions).
