Seneca provides resort-level amenities including an outdoor hot tub and fireplace, sauna, fitness room, heated garage, garden patio, elegant hearth room, and elevator access, all steps from the Village center and Split Rock Pool. Begin your mornings by walking directly to the lifts and easily return throughout the day for lunch or a power nap. After skiing or mountain biking, unwind in Seneca's hot tub or sauna before enjoying dinner just outside your door in Snowshoe Village. **Please note that the secondary bedroom is being thoughtfully redesigned with an XL twin over queen bunk with an XL twin trundle, offering flexible sleeping accommodations for up to four guests. All of these changes will be completed prior to the first guest's arrival.** Our condo comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 guests, depending on whether you use the new full size sofa sleeper. This is a rare top-floor corner unit designed for guests who value location, comfort, and exceptional mountain views. HOUSE RULES: This is a strictly non-smoking, drug-free, and pet-free property. Smoking, vaping, drugs, and pets are not permitted inside the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere within the building. Violation will result in a minimum 1000 dollar fine and possible termination of the stay.
