This home also has a 2 car garage and gated/covered carport side parking. Full kitchen with all appliances. TV/Wifi, Washer and Dryer on Site.

**An AZ state contract is required on all rentals.Rentals of 28+days will be subject to utility cap listed on the contract. We also require a REFUNDABLE deposit before check in.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are a property management company, so we do require that you sign an AZ state contract.
If you have unauthorized pet, we charge a $200.00 fee.
Any reservation over 28 days has an electricity cap of $150.00 and gas cap of $75.00
