Calypso 3 by Pier Park! Third floor-No Elevators! 1 BR/ Bunks/ 2 Baths.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo on the third floor of Calypso Tower 3 right beside Pier Park. You can park on the third floor of the parking garage and walk straight into the condo with no elevators or check in needed! So convenient. Walk to restaurants and shopping at Pier Park.

Our condo overlooks the beautiful heated pool so that you can communicate with your family and friends right from your balcony. You also have a great view of the beach and the Pier! So convenient to everything! One bedroom, bunks, sleeper sofa and two full baths!

This property can be rented by adults age 25 or over. The person booking MUST stay at the property and be responsible for all guests obeying condo and resort rules. Our condo is NOT for parties or gatherings. Registered guests only. No pets or smoking allowed.

Calypso requires a $60 registration fee per vehicle per stay (limit 2). You will receive instructions on purchasing the parking pass online via email. The $60 is paid separately directly to the Calypso Resort Association. This parking pass is required to enter and exit the secured parking garage. After scanning your printed pass to enter, place the pass on the dashboard of your vehicle. If you need more than one parking pass, you must let us know in advance. You will also need to scan the pass when you EXIT the parking garage. If the arm is still up when the car before you exits, just wait until the arm goes back down so that you can scan your parking pass to exit or enter. Do not try to exit while the arm is still up from the car exiting in front of you.

Six wrist bands will be in the condo in the entry foyer when you arrive. Ages 12 and over need to wear the arm bands to access the pool and workout room Make sure all SIX are back in place before you leave at the end of your stay. Any missing arm bands will be charged $50 per arm band for replacement of the electronic arm band.

The condo was very clean, it had everything we needed. Location is excellent! Jeff was very good about communicating directions, check in, pass for the garage, check out process, etc…. I would definitely rent this property again! I highly recommend this condo if you want a nice stay in PCB!

We have been coming to Calypso for years. This is the first time we stayed in tower 3. The building is newer and nicer than towers 1 & 2. This was the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in, ever! My wife usually cleans lots of surfaces upon arrival, not this time. Nice Decor, comfortable furniture, great location! This is a standout, high end unit at a very competitive price. The owner was very patient when I had issues with my email. Great place to stay, highly recommended!

We are from middle Tennessee and love coming to Panama City Beach. Being right beside Pier Park is a huge advantage!

Why they chose this property

The proximity to the Pier and Pier Park were a huge reason we chose Calypso 3. We also love that we can park on level 3 and walk right into our condo with no elevators involved!

What makes this property unique

As we age, we appreciate the convenience of having a short walk from the car to the condo and not having to wait on crowded elevators. We also love overlooking the pool and having a beach and Pier view from the balcony. Not to mention walking right behind the condo tower to Pier Park and not having to use a car.
