Modern poolfront apartment in Playa Ballenas, inside Villa Loren complex in Bonita Village and a 5-minute walk from the beach. This bright 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is ideal for couples, families, friends, or remote workers looking for a relaxed stay in Las Terrenas.

The bedroom includes two queen beds, living room sofa converts into a sofa bed. The unit features fast Claro Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work, IPTV for entertainment, and a fully equipped kitchen so you can easily prepare meals during your stay. Bath towels and beach towels are provided.

The shared swimming pool is located directly in front of the apartment. Guests have access to a shared laundry area at no extra cost. For additional comfort, the residence is equipped with a backup generator to ensure electricity during power outages.

Close to restaurants, cafés, and local shops. Guests have private access to the entire apartment and shared access to the pool area. We remain available during your stay for assistance, recommendations, or local tips.

Additional services available upon request: airport transfers, vehicle rentals, excursions, chef services, massages, and baby cribs.

Electricity consumption is charged separately at 15 Dominican pesos per kWh, with meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.

A refundable $250 security deposit is held on the guest’s credit card at arrival and released after check-out inspection.

A 4.95% credit card processing fee applies to payments handled securely through Stripe, including in the event of Cancellations.

Reservations require a 25% payment 30 days before arrival, with the remaining balance charged 14 days before check-in.

To ensure a pleasant stay for you and respect for the property and neighbors, please review and follow these rules:

1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: 3:00 PM or later
Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-out must be approved in advance.

2. Maximum Occupancy
Only the number of guests confirmed in the reservation is allowed.
No additional visitors without prior approval.
Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate cancellation of the stay.

3. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No loud music or disturbances, especially during nighttime.

4. Parties & Events
Strictly no parties or events unless explicitly approved in writing.

5. Smoking
NO smoking inside the property.
Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

6. Pets
Pets are NOT allowed.

7. Property Care
Please treat the property with respect.
Any damages must be reported immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

8. Cleanliness
Before check-out, please:
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash used dishes or place them in the dishwasher.
Leave the property in reasonable condition.

9. Electricity Usage
Electricity is NOT charged separately. It is included in nightly rate. Please be considerate of consumption.
Please turn off AC, lights, and appliances when not in use.

10. Security & Safety
Lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes or keys with anyone outside your group.

11. Compliance
Failure to comply with these rules may result in:
-Additional charges
-Cancellation without refund
-Loss of security deposit
