Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put trash and recycling from inside house in garbage pails on side of house toward back of driveway. Only needs to be put down at street on Wednesday mornings.
Smoking is permitted outside. There is ashtrays on the front porch and back steps. Please empty them into the garbage bag that you put out in the garbage.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
