The Space:

*CONSTRUCTION NOTICE* Beginning April 2026, the tennis courts will be demolished and be remodeled into more parking. This project is estimated to take 8 weeks and during this time you will experience noise and notice workers and equipment onsite during working hours. This unit, however, is located furthest away from the construction and is directly on the beach.

It leads into the gorgeous main bathroom which includes a large walk-in tiled shower, double vanity with granite countertops, and plenty of cabinet space. The coastal-themed guest bedroom features a flatscreen television with cable. There is a second bath near the guest bedroom that features a single vanity with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. The fully-equipped, capacious kitchen features a tile backsplash along with granite countertops and opens up into the dining and living area. Relax inside with updated furnishings and designer artwork. The living room includes plenty of seating, a large flatscreen HD television, and an audio system. For added convenience, there is also an in-unit washer and dryer combination. Mainsail Condominium is the perfect accommodation for your next beach vacation. On-site, enjoy the community outdoor pools (one heated seasonally), a kiddie pool and hot tub along with a fitness center and outdoor gas grills in the shaded picnic area.

Beach service is available seasonally and is included with your reservation as a complementary set of two chairs and one umbrella. When in season, please see a beach attendant for more information. The season currently runs from March 1-October 31st.
