This is a newly renovated Gulf front condo situated in beautiful Blue Mountain Beach, Florida and offers comfortable accommodations for up to 4 guests. Relax on the private, walk~out patio with an ice cold beverage and enjoy some of the most breathtaking sunsets you will ever experience. This charming retreat is the perfect spot for a couple or a small family but if you are vacationing with another group and need extra space you may also rent Unit 1A, the unit conveniently located above Unit 1B.

Blue Mountain Beach offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while being conveniently close to superb shopping and dining venues in neighboring Grayton Beach, WaterColor and Seaside. Beware. The location is phenomenal and, for you, that may be all that matters. But if you need ANYTHINGduring your stay-the host may not respond AT ALL. That is what happened to us. We requested to extend our stay by one night and sent approximately 10 messages with ZERO response. I even called VRBO support and they could not get the host to respond. VRBO also never reached back out to us. I’m just glad we didn’t have an emergency situation. I feel for the owner because it is a LOVELY place obviously full of thoughtful touches but the management company is hurting the listing. It was clean but little things like empty shower soap and a “bright-as-day” porch light with no off switch making it difficult to sleep made me actually relieved they didn’t approve a third night. We stayed at another location with a different hosting company and it was a relief.

Two day visit to Blue Beach Mountain

The property is showing its age but is clean and in a wonderful location. The sliding glass doors to the beach seem to be permanently shut, perhaps as a safety measure, but getting to the patio therefore requires exiting the parking lot side of the property and using the beach access gate.

Quick escape from the Atlanta snow

My wife and I found the apartment to be perfect for a couple of days escape from the winter weather in Atlanta. The apartment is on the beach; it's a great location and very peaceful. The apartment is spotlessly clean and well stocked with the basics. The bed was comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for a more. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Love the location of this property. Amazing views and beautiful condo layout/decor. Both ceiling fans and the furniture in the living were dirty and probably need replacing soon from normal wear and tear from vacationers. Other than that, this place is amazing. We’d stay here again even with those minor flaws.

Location, location, location!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 elementary aged children) stayed here for spring break. We were VERY pleased with the location - quiet area but still close to Watercolor and Seaside. The condo is directly on the beach, with a closet full of beach gear available for use - huge pluses. Walking distance to Blue Mt Creamery, Blue Mt Bakery, etc. Price is great in comparison with other spots. We truly enjoyed our stay, but if I have to point out a couple of things that weren’t perfect, the bathroom is small with dated fixtures, and we could hear footsteps of the people in the condo above. Neither of those would stop us from renting here again, though! Highly recommend!

Loved our condo in Blue Mountain

We had a great experience on our family vacation at this property in Blue Mountain Beach. Location was perfect - close to everything we needed yet private and quiet. Condo was very clean and comfortable, provided everything we needed including chairs and umbrella on (private) beach every day! Washer and dryer worked great for doing daily laundry and kitchen was fully stocked. Unit was steps to beach - absolutely beautiful sand and water. The only negative - and this was everywhere we went - was our phone provider had poor reception and the WiFi in the unit was poor (unable to reset). Nice excuse, though, to step away from busy life and enjoy ourselves on vacation. We highly recommend this property and area. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and all the ‘extras’ you provided. Truly made our vacation memorable and enjoyable.
