You'll have stunning views from every window in this homey little Pinnacle Port villa featuring a private balcony and community pools and sauna! Seriously, every window - your living room balcony overlooks the white sands of the Gulf coast, while the dining room and bedroom windows boast great views of Phillips Inlet. When you're not taking advantage of the free WiFi to stream device content or enjoying your favorite shows on the large flatscreen cable TV, take a trip down to the brackish water lake for some great fishing or splash around with friends in the indoor pool.



Interested in surfing? Panama City Beach is only 13 miles away with killer waves for you to enjoy and lessons from Mr. Surf’s Surf Shop. If you want to get in some more beach fun, Peddle Paddle Surf Shop is just nine miles away with bikes, paddleboards, and surfboards to rent. Restock your fridge with a trip to Publix Super Market at Ocean Park Pavillion for groceries and produce or Winn-Dixie Wine & Spirits for, well, wine and spirits! They're both just one mile away!

The condo was just basic…could use a little remodeling, but I do understand why you would not with a rental and people trashing it. The blinds in the bedroom were missing a part of a slat/broken and something to make it dark in the morning would be nice, instead of the sun pouring in at 6am..the tv in the bedroom has about 1/4 of the screen cracked, so it was blacked out. The fan in the downstairs bathroom was also so loud..maybe a new one is needed? Otherwise, it was a fun layout, clean, and lovely view. We didn’t spend a lot of time in there, as we had fun at the beach and all the shopping during the day. The bed was super comfy, so that was a nice bonus! The grounds and amenities and neighborhood you come through were amazing! All in all, I would stay here again! Just a few tweaks would be nice! Thank you!

Great beach view from 9th floor! Simple plain basic neutral unit. Easy access to ocean via elevator. Grounds were well kept. Kitchen & bath updated. Newer TV's in LR & bedroom. Bring your spices, zip bags, foil etc. Kitchen has good selection of cookwear though but bring your own coffee filters & coffee. Downstairs very plain overall. A/c was cool upstairs, less cool down but acceptable. I found the Master bath vent/fan quite noisy, probably due to its age. No hair dryer or ceiling fans in unit but I brought a small table fan & hairdryer with me. Bedding for sleep couch & king bed were minimal, again I brought a blanket with me. I loved pinnacle port's gated community, amenities & location. The playground, however was dismantled during our stay, grandkids and family in other unit were disappointed. Management host was very quick to respond to a housekeeping oversight and remedied it quickly & quietly. A broom/dust pan for guest to sweep excess sand from floor would be nice for quick clean ups. Overall it was located in a great area close to everything we needed! Would stay in pinnacle port again for the lovely beaches & amenities.
