Clean, comfortable stay in a nice neighborhood. Several restaurants within a 5 -10 minute walk. Comfy beds, good internet, big driveway and a one car garage.

We had no dryer for the entire stay. We discovered it was not working within 10 minutes of being on property. There was incredibly high algae and had no way to dry the clothes from the beach. They provided 10 towels (one for each person) but with no dryer, this created such immense problems we ended up having to buy a clothes line for the back and tried to dry outside. I contacted the staff right away and they said they’d look into it. They never sent anyone over during our Sat-Fri stay. They said that someone was coming over at one point on Wednesday but they never showed and no one ever even offered ANY sort of solution (no fluff and fold, no line, no extra towels, nothing.).There was a broken stool in the kitchen, ants in the bedroom, dishwasher was missing a wheel and the faucet in the tub was disconnected from the wall when we tried to pull the plunger to get the water to come out the shower head. As far as the functionality, there was no drop zone, hanging hooks for suits, or handheld shower head even in the big shower to rinse suits or clean out the algae out of the shower, for any kind of regular beach visit. We are highly disappointed with our stay and because of the lack of attention to the issue, we will probably never again stay at an Avari location.

Family vacation

The pictures didn’t do the house justice. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and accommodated my entire family. Would definitely recommend this property and would stay there again.

Clean and comfortable

House is in very good condition. AC works great as well as all amenities. Very clean and Tankless water heater was great with the succession and amount of showers needed after fishing trips. Parking was enough for three full size trucks with room for a small car. Bed sheets were soft and comfortable. No ceiling fans in some bed rooms. Only small thing was two of the metal frame beds are noisy when moving around. Other than that, the place is great.
