This high-end condo features amazing shared amenities that include swimming pools, a well-equipped fitness center in case you'd like to stay in shape, a community grill area to show off your grilling skills, and even a seasonal poolside snack shack.



Sterling Shores is located just off Highway 98 and is just a short walk to many beach dining experiences such as The Pancakery and The Back Porch. With the beach right outside your door and plenty of entertainment and dining options nearby, there is no better location than this. Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park has everything for everyone. Boasting lazy rivers, waterslides, swimming pools, kiddie rides, and more, it's the perfect place to bring your entire family and it's only two miles away. If you're looking for something more relaxed, Henderson Beach State Park is a mile away and there you can hike, enjoy the panoramic views, maybe book a boat tour, etc.

Fantastic Place

Sterling Shores has always been our “go to” place whenever we travel to Destin. It’s close to everything and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is awesome.

Great place for family

This condo was great for four adults and our three young kids. Plenty of elevators for getting out. Pools were well maintained and the beach access was in a convenient location. Great amenities and access to outside dining and entertainment

Summer Trip

We decided to take a last minute summer ending trip back to Destin and found this Condo. First of all the Staff Team that manages these Condos are phenomenal. If there are any concerns while your on a trip they are on top of it immediately. The condo itself was a nice setup that fit atleast 5-6 comfortably. The 6th level this condo is perfect for viewing the ocean and the pool even if it wasn’t right on the ocean..still a great view. Overall great experience staying with Sterling Shores.

Great condo. Great view. Great location. Front desk told us our condo wasn't ready upon our arrival at 5PM and they would call us when it was. We never recieved a call saying it was ready. Thankfully our entry code was emailed to us earlier in the day.

Pictures are NOT accurate. DONT RENT.

The location and view were great. However, the furniture is peeling off on leather that is down to the stuffing. Mold along the edges of the master shower. Cabinets broken and taped back together. Beds pics are not at all what is there. Different bed types completely. Not even close to pics. Would NOT rent this. Choose another room or company please. Don't waste your money like I did. Also temp is controlled and can get hot in rooms.
