we absolutely loved our stay here. The only issue we had was a couple of large grasshoppers and 1 big roach was found roaming in the bedrooms. If they spray for those, it would have been the most perfect experience

Great condo with balcony views of the beach. Great location, only steps to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the floors were dirty, appeared not mopped. We would stay here again.

We arrived on monday and the staff was very helpful downstairs. We enjoyed the view from the room and the beach service was amazing. This is truly what a vacation should be like. What more do I say? It’s the shortest walk to the beach I have ever had. It was clean, guards were friendly. No issues at all. Most convenient place to stay in Destin.

Great for families with teenagers!

This was perfect for our family! Our teenaged kids were able to go to the souvenir shops, play mini golf, ride go karts, and eat where they wanted which meant we could relax and do what we wanted without driving all over Destin. We had direct beach access and a great view. The only suggestions is adding black out curtains to the master bedroom and a Keurig (thankfully I brought mine). Overall I would stay here again!
