Explore the 208-acres of Henderson Beach State Park where you can hike the nature trail, photograph native wildlife, fish, or relax on the beach. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Property management company was very responsive and communication was excellent. Condo owner association was very strict and staff at the condo rude and unhelpful. Felt like you were always being watched and about to get into trouble. No personal umbrellas or canopies allowed. You have to rent from the vendor and they set up from the waterline back towards the condo. You feel as if you cannot leave your assigned area. The location is convenient with liquor store, pizza place and donuts across the street. Highway in front of condo is high traffic. Would rent from the management company again but would not stay at Sterling sands again. The unit itself was nice but could use a little updating.

we absolutely loved our stay here. The only issue we had was a couple of large grasshoppers and 1 big roach was found roaming in the bedrooms. If they spray for those, it would have been the most perfect experience

Great condo with balcony views of the beach. Great location, only steps to the beach. The beach was not overcrowded. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only negative was the floors were dirty, appeared not mopped. We would stay here again.
