Well-appointed, this 18th-floor condo features a full kitchen with all the essentials, including a dishwasher, flatscreen TVs, and lots of space on the sun-splashed balcony to read, dine, or simply take in the stunning view. Splash Resort has plenty of sought-after amenities on-site, including multiple swimming pools, an interactive water park, lazy river, hot tub, and a fitness center.



Splash Resort is a beachfront property on the serene west end of Panama City Beach, offering you close proximity to the city's family-friendly attractions and a wonderfully relaxing setting to come home to. When you're not swimming, sunbathing (beach service is available for hire from March until October), or practicing your skills in a variety of water sports on the beach downstairs, you'll be only two miles up the coast from more than 100 stores, excellent restaurants, an IMAX theater, and all kids of entertainment at Pier Park. The exciting marine encounters of Gulf World can be found three miles southeast, while the charming beach communities along Scenic Route 30A begin at Inlet Beach only seven miles northwest.

Awesome View of the Beach

Our overall stay was good. We noticed that not a lot of guest follow the pool rules. Cafe was shut down before 5. The donuts

This is a nice condo. The Splash resort is great for kids. However, some updates need to be made to the condo. The sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced. It’s very thin. Every stool in the kitchen/eating area needs to be tightened or replaced. They are extremely wiggly and unsafe to sit in. The sign at the entrance that says “sunset joy” has letters that are falling off the wall. The living room tv remote is missing the battery cover.

Was great except for our bed.

This place was amazing until we pulled our sheet off our mattress and found blood and urine stains, that really turned my stomach. BUT, the place was amazing. My kids had a blast i spoke to management this morning they were great. Overall id do it again for sure.

Dirty

Condo was disgusting. Piles and more piles of sand and dirt on the floor. Bedding sheets were never changed. It was disgustingly dirty, all they did was put a comforter on the bed to pretend they cleaned it. Kitchen was also dirty with food stains on the cabinets. They did not offered me another room or sent someone to clean it. I had to clean the place myself. I have an infant and a toddler and I couldn’t let them go on the floor or touch anything unless I cleaned. Cushion and pillow of the living room chair was dirty with stains. They did give me my cleaning fees back.. but wasn’t worth it. I had driven 6 hrs to be there. And first thing I had to do is clean the condo. Not a good start an ideal vacation.

Great family fun

We stayed in this property for 4 nights with 3 adults a teenager and a toddler. The space was perfect and a in great location! The pool and splash pad area were absolutely perfect for the whole family! We would definitely book her again!
