Great room, view, cleanliness, noise rules were respected-which was great, AND the elevator was not scorching hot, like some I have been in. Only complaint, which is not the property owners fault, is the intermittent balcony smoking of cigarettes and pot. Wish there was a way that could be fixed with all condos! Great place to stay, will be back!

Overall Sterling Reef Condos is a great place to stay. I have stayed in nicer units than this one. The only reasoning for dropping to 4 stars was that unit did not have any "leftover" beach toys or chairs. Other units I have stay in have had pool noodles, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach boards for kids. Check in was very easy and communication was excellent and quick replies.

The view was beautiful! The condo was clean. Host responded in a timely manner. Over all, wonderful vacation. Only a few issues. The closet/drawers have a wet smell, we used dryer sheets and perfumes to help. I expected a book or a paper with details about beach codes,WiFi, etc but had to reach out to host which was fine, they responded quickly. Everything worked great. Plenty of towels for 4 people! And we even saw dolphins, manatees, and stingrays off the balcony. Elevators were slow but that’s expected. Beach was private but right by the public beach which was never an issue and it’s close to a pier!
