Watch dolphins and surfers frolic in the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony, spend your days strolling on the white sand beach, and enjoy the on-site convenience of a seasonally heated swimming pool, a poolside cafe, a hot tub, a 24-hour fitness center, and a firepit.



You'll find Sterling Breeze on the Gulf shores of Panama City Beach, a half-mile walk from more than 100 stores, restaurants, cinemas, and all sorts of entertainment at Pier Park. The property is also half a mile from excellent fishing at the Russell-Fields Pier, one mile from Gulf World and Sharky's Beachfront, two miles from Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, and four miles from Shipwreck Island Waterpark. If you're looking to get out into nature for the day, the shores of Powell Lake are eight miles northwest in Camp Helen State Park.

The view was beautiful from this room of the beach. We saw sea turtles, sting ray, dolphins, and catfish from the balcony. The room is very nice and beautiful stay.

Quick trip to the beach

The tornado that touched down Saturday morning didn’t dampen our plans. The condo was nice and cozy. Elevator wait time was a drag but overall enjoy the property. Had a great time at the beach and pool after the bad weather later in the day.

Property is nice. Condo was kind of dirty. Needs a lot of repair gap under entry door., toilets were running, kitchen faucet was leaking, drain in bathtub would not stay open to drain tub.

Great location, good property. Handfull of little items need attention. Leaking faucet and light bulbs not working. Emailed about issues. Got reply 2 weeks after we got home. Road construction in front of garage was an eyesore.
