The Space:

For a luxurious upscale vacation condominium with many fine upgrades, this second-floor corner condo has much to offer! Featuring a spacious private balcony accessible from the living area, guests will be able to relax while soaking up the views of the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has beautiful contemporary furnishings, a flatscreen TV, and newly updated flooring throughout. The dining table seats four and there are two bar stools for casual seating at the bar. The main bedroom has a king bed with gorgeous dark wood furniture, upscale bedding, and access to the main bathroom. The hall bunks are built-in and feature a top safety rail and custom bedding, perfect for the kids! There is one full bathroom with a shower/ tub combo as well as a Jack-and-Jill half-bathroom. The kitchen has cherry cabinets, upgraded granite countertops, terrific cookware, and full-size appliances for easy meal preparation. You'll enjoy the convenience of a stackable washer and dryer as well. When not on the beach, you can listen to your favorite music on the CD sound system for premium relaxation!

Destin Anniversary Getaway

The property is beautiful. My wife and I just spent our 32nd anniversary there and she is already wanting to go back with the family. Everything was clean and convenient to all the shopping and eateries. We will be coming back.

Experience of a lifetime

This property is quite literally on the beach of one of the most amazing ocean shorelines we have ever been to. The condo had views that a picture cannot do justice and the space was enough for all five of u. The beach itself is a must visit . The sand was soft and therapeutic and the sunsets took my breath away! Highly recommend more than 2 days if possible because it was just that great.

We loved the location. The only thing worth noting was that the jets in the tub were very visibly dirty. It wasn’t a problem because we didn’t take a bath. But definitely was gross.

Our new Favorite place to stay in Destin

This was my second trip to Destin , and this place was perfect!!! our condo was spotless!!very nice decor, the kitchen was full with everything we needed! the washer and dryer was our favorite,we washed wet suits and towels and that made life easier for sure! very quiet and safe, and we loved the private access to the beach!i have one tiny complaint, and im only putting it on here because i just reserved the same condo for a next year for a week, and i hope it gets replaced .....the outdoor deck chairs are old and plastic and every other unit had nice wicker or metal deck chairs......overall AAAA++++++ rating see you next June!!!

Condo was nicely decorated & clean. Right on the beach, so view is always beautiful. Weather was too cold to be outside this time, but still love to watch the waves. The master bed was terrible. lumpy and the springs squeaked with each move...needs update. Renters upstairs had a small child who ran back and forth continuously from dinner time until after 10PM. Need to be told to be courteous of people below them. Would rent again at Crustal Sand but not this unit due to the bed.

Loved the location of this condo. Corner unit on 2nd floor a stones throw from the gulf. Condo was ok on cleanliness, but would benefit from deep cleaning the walls and cabinets. Only had 2 bath towels, and requested more. (Texting was easy and they were responsive).

This property was so amazing! We housed 16 family/friends as well as hosted a wedding reception around the pool. The house was so well equipped and there was plenty of space for so many different types of activities and visiting spaces. The home lends itself well to family photographs both inside and out with all the beautiful trim and woodwork. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the kids had so much fun in their own space in the bunk rooms. Such a fun place to stay!! We would definitely book here again!

Great location!

The location of the property was wonderful! The deck overlooking the gulf is great for evening sunset watching. The only negative are the kitchen supplies. The Teflon frying pan needs replaced, a cookie sheet for the oven would be nice, and liquid dish soap for washing small amounts of dishes!

Great view in a corner condo

The condo's location and view are great but they need to work on cleanliness. The bathroom was not clean and the tub would fill up when taking a shower. Another issue was that after we left I realized I left an item. The rental company (Vacassa) wanted to charge me $50 to ask the maid if she found it.

The place was really clean and just what we were looking for. It’s small enough that the beach wasn’t overly crowded and being on the corner made for a great view. Very pleased especially for the great price! We would definitely return.

A bit Disappointed

This condo was not furnished as shown in photos. The living room furniture (blue couch) is very uncomfortable, you could not sit or lay on it as the cushions slanted so badly towards the floor. The bedroom furniture was nice, just not the room as shown in photos. The kitchen was sparingly supplied, had no coffee filters or paper towles. The unit had an odor, could have used an air freshner. The furniture on outside balcony was inexpensive plastic. I would not consider this to be an upscale condo as presented.

Thank you Alex for your review, we are a bit surprised as the unit has recently been updated to included new flooring, furniture, new washer and dryer. The photos will soon be updated. The patio furniture as shown in the photos, it is extremely difficult to other on the patiodue to how fast the rust/deteriorate due to the salt air, spray and sun. We do provide a starter pack of initial set up of paper/soap products intended to help you through before you get to the store. We are checking int the housewares and will restock as needed. Thank you again for your comments as we strive to provide the best in accommodations.
