The Space:

There’s no better place to start - or end - the day than from the balcony of this corner coastal condo. Not only will you want to sip your morning coffee there each morning as you take in unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico, you won’t want to miss watching the surf with a favorite night-time beverage in hand as the sun sets each evening.



Step inside the sliding glass doors to an open-space living and dining area, including comfy seating for watching favorite shows on the TV, a dining table for six with additional breakfast bar seating for three more, and a full-size, well-appointed kitchen waiting for the chefs in the family to whip up delicious meals and beach treats. Sleep peacefully with accommodations for eight. The primary suite with an ensuite bathroom as well as access to the balcony. Add in the sofa bed in the living room, and there’s room for everyone.



You’ll find plenty to do right at Seawind, from relaxing on the white sand beach or swimming in the Gulf, taking a dip in the shared swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, soothing your cares away in the beachfront hot tub, or checking out the onsite fitness center, sauna, and outdoor grilling area. When you decide to explore Gulf Shores, there will be so much to do and see you will have trouble deciding how best to spend your time. Will it be at one of the family-friendly amusement parks, the Gulf Coast Zoo, fishing, boating, biking, hiking, golf, or exploring the unique shopping and dining options? Seawind will be undergoing building recoating from September to November 2026. Workers and equipment will be present during standard hours, and construction noise will be audible. Parking and walkways may be blocked and rerouted as needed. Amenity access may be limited or unavailable as needed. Great view and excellent location

The view was fabulous and the location was close to everything. It was clean but lacked beach towels/accessories. No coffee kcups. Wish we had known that ahead.

We loved our stay here! This gorgeous condo is in the corner unit on the top floor and is actually a “penthouse,” which we didn’t realize until we got there. What a fantastic surprise! (The kids thought we were “Bougie,” lol!) The views from the balcony are amazing. There is a gig box of beach toys the building provides that you can borrow for the day for free. There are 2 food trucks between the condo building and the pool, one with lunch foods, the other with smoothies and ice cream. It’s extremely easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas for the day. There are several restaurants and shops within walking distance. We especially liked the Hangout for dinner and live music. This was one of our favorite trips so far, and we will definitely be back.
