This 1,355-square-foot home occupies one side of a duplex in the Plantation Cottages at Gulf Shores Plantation, a renowned beachfront community on the Fort Morgan Peninsula (the other side of the duplex, Plantation Place #H408B, can be rented as well; the entire duplex can be rented as Plantation Place #H408).



You and your loved ones will be an easy walk from multiple outdoor pools, a hot tub, a boardwalk to the white sand beach, the Kiva Dunes Golf Course, and a quick drive from Gulf State Park and the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo.

Loved it. We want to go back.

Great location to the beach, Plenty of room, guarded entry to plantation, made it safer and absolutely no thru traffic. very peaceful, no car noise, no party neighbors, no yelling and scream, only noise was from lawn care personal at the condo next door(electric leaf blower would help), having parking under the house is great, very convent and private. Hot tub was perfect.

Wonderful location to stay while playing tournament at Kiva Dunes golf course. Cottage had some exterior damage from Hurricane that we were unaware of when booking, but interior was fine. Only recommendations would be replace ceiling fan and mattress in bedroom with king bed and better exterior lighting.
