Seawind's amenities include a swim-through indoor/outdoor pool, a beachside hot tub, a zero-entry wading pool, a fitness center, a sauna, and an outdoor grilling area.

Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Alabama Gulf State Park and its scenic nature trails, Waterville USA, The Track, The Park at OWA, and The Factory are all a short drive providing hours and hours of endless fun. Downtown Gulf Shores with restaurants, eateries, shops, markets, and other conveniences just a few minutes away. The Park at OWA is 11 miles up north, yet it's totally worth the trip. This amusement park offers 520-acres filled with entertainment and thrilling rides such as the Air Racer, Crazy Mouse, Freedom Flyer, and more! For a fun day with the family, Waterville USA is one and a half miles away. It's impossible to have a dull moment thanks to the park's 17 water slides, a lazy river, a wave pool, Shrimp Boat Village, Wa-Wa World, and Flowrider! Waterville is also an amusement park featuring attractions like the Nascart Go-Carts, Cannonball Run roller coaster, 36 holes of miniature golf, Trampoline Thing, Fun Depot kiddie rides, the Escape House, and a large arcade.



Things to know:

The Seawind Elevator Modernization Project will take place from Fall 2025 and end by Spring 2026. Both the tower and club building elevators will be under construction during this time period. The tower building (where your unit is located) will have one elevator operating at a time while the other is under construction. The club building elevator will be closed while under construction, so the gym will only be accessible through the stairs during that time. Construction workers and equipment will be on site, and construction noise is to be expected during working hours. For current updates on construction progress and timeline, or for any questions related to the Seawind Elevator Modernization Project.

I really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s right on the beach with a beautiful gulf view. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to fix meals. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the balcony. I would definitely come here again if I’m ever in the Gulf Coast area.

Perfect Stay!

We came to Gulf Shores for the AL State Track Meet with the Grandparents and the unit was just as described! It was clean with all the amenities. Easy access to the beach, security, and best of all...plenty of carts to get things up to the unit! We will definitely look to stay here again.

Had a great time spending New Years in Gulf Shores. The condo was very well stocked with dishes and bedding. Beds/pillows were very comfortable. Condo was clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again!

Great trip, awesome unit. My only critique is that the complex needs more elevators. A big 19 floor complex with only 2 elevators was an issue . The units we rented was great.

I callled property manager but had to call two more times the next day before they were delivered. Sink in the master bath did not drain well at all. Had to call twice before someone came to fix it.Other than that everything else was ok.

Beautiful view, great location and overall a nice condo. Cleaning staff needs to clean the floors better because after my daughter vacuumed the whole condo it was perfectly clean. The beds in the MB and the room with the bunk beds are very hard and need to be replaced. They could use a better couch and another chair would be nice. Would probably stay there again especially if there was better beds.

Great little place with gorgeous views

Overall impression of this property is great. There were plenty of linens and it was clean. My only complaint is the rug in the living room. There is a serious fall risk there for older people. Besides that, we have zero complaints.

Beach trip

We had 7 women staying for an annual girls’ weekend. The condo was clean, everything worked well, and pictures were accurate. This unit is on the 19th floor, and there were some long waits for the elevator. We did find a pattern and tried to avoid super crowded times. Beach was beautiful and easy to access. We enjoyed the balcony and would stay here again.

Could use a Good Cleaning and some repairs

Great location, However the sofa bed was broken my daughter slept on the mattress in the floor. The ice maker stopped working, and there was sand in the bunk beds so my kid's slept on top of the covers.
