The Most Wonderful Condo

This condo is hands down the best condo my family and I have stayed in. It was extremely clean and was the most well-stocked condo. All of the amenities were there and even things we never thought to expect were also provided (fans in every room, beach toy closet, etc.). This is definitely a condo we would return to in the future.

Perfect location and plenty of room

We enjoyed the room space , view and location. Will definitely book again. Just beware don’t leave anything on the beach after dark the beach patrol will pick up and not return.

This condo was very clean and had great, very close access to the beach. We had plenty of space In our condo and loved that the whole facility was small - no crowded feel at the pool or beach (a bit tight on parking) It was perfect for kids who wanted to go back and forth from pool to beach. This was a great place for us!

Beautiful beach!

We had a great time in Orange Beach! The sand was great and Marlin Key was wonderful! We especially loved the bunk room for the kiddos! Two ice machines in the unit cranked out enough cubes to fill our medium cooler each day for the beach! This party of 7 will be back!!

Family vacation

My two brothers and i brought our kids (9yr,8,7, two 5, 4yr old kids) We left moms at home. Its was a great place, great location, and close to everything on the strip, a mile from grocery store. I can not say one bad thing about this property. It suited our needs just right with the 3 bathrooms, room full of bunk beds, and the bar top counter didnt leave anyone sitting on outside for dinner! I would definitely come back.

Fun Beach Condo

The condo was very clean. The pictures were very accurate. The beach was fantastic. I wish there had been more bath towels and washcloths. There were zero beach towels provided. Hooks to dry all towels and clothes would have been great. The beds were comfy and bedrooms were great with each having its own bath. Overall, it was a terrific week!!❤️❤️❤️

We arrived, even giving an extra hour, and the cleaning pair were not near finished. The unit was not cleaned thoroughly. Not very well stocked. It put a damper on our annual vacation!

Construction Zone

The unit itself was very dated. The freezer door would open every time the refrigerator door closed. There was major construction and painting. Pool was closed off. This construction work was scheduled back in March, according to C-Sharp. We should have been notified and given the opportunity to switch buildings. I have pictures of you would like to see, before I post a review!

Wonderful Orange Beach Condo

The condo, location and beach were fantastic! Very clean, roomy and modern. Great pool. Great beach views and access. Not too crowded. Minor issues, no oven mits/pot holders, no single serving coffee maker - we tended to eat in this trip. Communication with management prior to checkin was non existent. Had to call to get key pad access and checkin procedure. Had to call for wifi access code. Have not gotten any communication about check out procedure as we are loading our car - do we need to strip beds, put towels in washing machine, etc. We had a few maintenance issues we had to call about. Every time we called, we got a quick and friendly response. Just less communication prior to check in then we are used to. I will blame the COVID crisis for this. Overall, we rate this property as excellent. Would love to stay here again.

Great Location, Needs some upgrades and new cleaners

The location was great! Condo definitely needs new cleaners!! The showers and tub were not cleaned at all!! Other people's hair everywhere and black bottoms on the shower.. The master bedroom had just a sheet on the bed, absolutely no comforter or any blankets, just a sheet, and the condo offered no extra blankets, just sheets! Froze the first night and had to buy a blanket for the next night! The queen bed comforter had some disgusting white nasty spots on it, which we all knew what it was! You could clearly tell it had not been washed in a long time, so of course we had to wash it before we could even use the bed! Condo definitely needs some upgrades. The master bedroom needs to get rid of the chester drawer. It's in a very inconvenient spot, making the room seem smaller! Just mount the TV and do a long Chester drawer under the window. 10am check-out is a little ridiculous! Should at least be 11am!! especially since check-in is not until 4pm!! Will definitely stay here again if the upgrades are made and new cleaners! Really didn't want to come on vacation to clean!

This is certainly not the standard we strive to maintain. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the unclean showers and tub, as well as the insufficient bedding in the master bedroom. We understand how frustrating it must have been to find other people's hair and dirty shower bottoms, and to have to purchase a blanket for your stay. Additionally, the condition of the queen bed comforter is unacceptable, and we regret that you had to wash it yourself. Your suggestions for upgrades in the master bedroom are appreciated, and we will pass them along to our local operations manager for consideration. We also understand your concerns about the check-out time and will review this policy to see if adjustments can be made. We are committed to improving our services and ensuring a better experience for our guests. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future with these improvements in place.
