Everything was perfect from checking in until we checked out. The house is new, the space is great, comfortable, super clean and really accommodating. We had no issues through our stay and Laurel, our host was amazing, very responsive, super nice and on top of things, there's thoughtful intention behind every detail. I would happily stay here again when I'm in the area. It's location is super close to downtown Chandler, walking distance to great restaurants, bars and feels safe. The few blocks around the house are not the prettiest but doesn't feel unsafe at all. 100% recommended.

I am practically an Arizona Native but was born in Wisconsin. My parents moved us to Arizona when I was about to turn 4 years old because "you can't shovel sunshine!" I am excited to be able to offer this property as it has truly been a labor of love from deciding on the location, buying the dirt, designing the spaces and getting it up and running. Downtown Chandler has grown so much and I am proud to contribute to this community and neighborhood.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because the City is really investing in their Downtown area and expanding from the Farmer's Market and San Marcos Golf Resort. There are so many places to eat, drink and just hang out. Chandler Center for the Arts, Chandler Public Library, Chandler Senior Center, ASU Chandler Innovation Center and U of A Chandler Campus are all within walking distance of our property. Soon the cornerstone building downtown will be complete with Padleland which is a new indoor pickleball gathering spot.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique in that it is a top and bottom duplex with the top unit 2315 sf and the bottom unit 1842 sf so that you can have roomy 3 bd/2ba homes in the heart of downtown with so much within walking distance. It is nice to be able to just dine in one of the many places to eat, pick up food to go or just cook in the fully stocked kitchen. This location and property gives you so many choices depending how your day went to service all of the guests in your party.
