Wie gewohnt freundliche und kompetente Buchungsabwicklung und netter Empfang vor Ort. Das Apartment ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durch Parkmöglichkeiten und Aufzug auch für altere Bewohner gut erreichbar. Nur für die Mülllösung könnte man vielleicht etwas erfinden, dass nicht alle Säcke offen im Raum untergebracht werden müssen. Im Schlafzimmer könnte unter den Möbeln etwas besser geputzt sein. Toll ist der Erhalt der Bodenseecard und das Angebot der Buslinie 111 ab Rezeption. Wir haben das Auto oft stehen lassen. Insgesamt fühlen wir uns im Park sehr wohl und werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

Zum zweiten Male haben wir bereits diese Wohnung gebucht. Sie ist mit ca. 60 m² großzügiger als viele nur 50 m² große Wohnungen in der gleichen Preiskategorie. Eine weitere Besonderheit, die nicht viele Wohnungen haben, ist, dass Dusche und Toilette zwei getrennte Räume sind. Dies ist sehr angenehm. Und der zweite Fernseher im Schlafzimmer ist manchmal auch ganz nützlich. Die Wohnung hat alles um sich wohlzufühlen.
