The apartment (approx. 80 sqm) is located on the top floor of the apartment building and you live on two levels. On the upper level is the spacious sleeping gallery. On the lower level are the second, enclosed bedroom, the living/dining room, the large open kitchen and the bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment includes a roof terrace with stunning views of Lake Constance and the Alpine panorama. You can park your car in your own car parking space in the underground car park.

Ferienanlage liegt sehr schön am Bodensee, teilweise auch mit Blick auf den See. Supermarkt und Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verwaltung gut organisiert, kompetent und freundlich. Check in absolut unkompliziert. Die Wohnung sauber und mit allem wichtigen ausgestattet. Das w-lan ist etwas träge. Für uns waren die Matratzen etwas zu fest. Die Aussicht der Dachterrasse ist toll. Ausflüge nach Konstanz, Lindau, Bregenz, Schweiz, Lichtenstein sehr gut erreichbar.

Eine wirklich schöne, geschmackvolle und freundliche Einrichtung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Die Terasse besitzt einen tollen Blick auf den See und eine große Markise, so dass wir auch mittags bei Sonnenschein draußen sitzen konnten. Ich konnte auf der Matratze im unteren Schlafzimmer gut schlafen, sie war nicht durchgelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Miete ist nicht gerade günstig, aber das Appartement ist den Preis wert.
