The villa is embedded in a complex of five independent houses, directly by the sea (120m) and is very private. The house is modern and comfortably furnished. It is situated on a slope and therefore has sea views from every room and from the various terraces. The terrace is elevated and is equipped with sun loungers, a dining table and chairs and a private seawater pool and children's pool. The villa has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and storage room on the ground floor, as well as a large living area with open fully equipped kitchen, fireplace and extra toilet on the first floor. The first floor has direct access to the pool area. The nearby Hotel Istron Bay offers room service and various restaurants, as well as water sports, the villas are cleaned five days a week and the linen is changed twice a week. VIP service: welcome on arrival, welcome basket, personalised assistance during your stay
