The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Thermostat: Set the wall thermostat in the downstairs hallway to 55 degrees Fahrenheit. All other thermostats can be turned off.
Windows & Sliding Doors: Ensure all windows and sliding doors are tightly closed and locked.
Return keys & parking passes: Return the 2 parking passes to the welcome binder. Please hand the amenity key on the hook by the Floor 2 stairway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Rental Agreement Required: Guests are required to sign a separate Rental Agreement within 48 hours of booking to finalize their reservation.
BYO Pool Towel: Please bring your own pool towels. To protect our indoor linens, bath towels are not permitted in the pool area.
No Shoes Inside: We maintain a 'shoes-off' policy to keep the floors clean and cozy for everyone.
