Unit was very nice. Unfortunately, it's right next to the pool and clubhouse. There were a lot of people out and about at all hours. The adjoining units had a lot of people in and out. We could hear doors and talking quite often and occasionally smelled cigarettes. Parking was also tough at times since we couldn't use a carport spot.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you liked the unit. The property is part of a community, and being near the pool and clubhouse can naturally come with more activity and foot traffic at times. Noise and parking availability can vary depending on other residents and guests. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit; however, smoking in outdoor common areas is outside of our control as it is governed by the community. There are plenty of open parking spots available throughout the community They are a lot of open parking places available We appreciate your comments and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
