Why they chose this property
It is a very safe community with 24 hour guards checking entry into the development. It’s new - our home was built in 2020 and there are new units under construction. It’s close to downtown Rosarito with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Unobstructed views of the ocean facing directly west into the sunsets. Spectacular colorful sunsets!
