The home and property are very clean, beautiful, quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the sauna and the hot tub spa. All beds were very comfortable and the Wi-Fi/TV's worked with no problems. The host was very attentive and responded to messages fast. I highly recommend this property.

HOST WAS AMAZING VERY RESPONSIVE. THE HOME IS BEAUTIFUL . LEAVE AND DEBRIS COULD HAVE BEEN BLOWN AND CLEARED, GRASS MOWED AND OUTSIDE FUNITURE DUSTED. WE WERE UNABLE TO USE ANY OF THE YARD AREA DUE TO IT BEING VERY DUSTY AND LEAFY. NONE OF THE TOILETS HAD TOILET PAPER WE HAD TO RUN OUT AND GET SOME. HOST WAS VERY APOLOGETIC AND DID SENT A BOX OF TISSUES THE NEXT DAY. ALL IN ALL I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN. THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS SO NICE LOTS OF CURB APPEAL, LOCATION IS CONVIENIENT TO RENO AND TAHOE. I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS . JUST WISHED WE COULDVE USED THE BACKYARD MORE.

This owner worked well with us, until we checked out We sent pics of a damaged bdrm door to her. She charged my policy for the damage knowing we did not cause it.If anyone rents this home, take out the insurance policy so you don't have to pay for others damage not noted by the cleanup crew. Also the hot tub was filthy, i bought chems to clean it up. Found out the hottub clean crew only comes every two weeks.Anyone that knows hot tubs knows maint is needed more than every two weeks. Also a cracked bedroom window.I will never stay at this owners properties again. Nor should you.
