Our unit is conveniently located at the 'quiet' end of Thomas Drive -adjacent to St. Andrews State Park. Fine restaurants, championship golf courses, and charter boats are all close by.

This unit has updated and is over 1400 square foot with 3 bedrooms/3 baths-Sleeps 8. The unit has a massive 300 square foot gulf front balcony which provides our guest with a Magnificent view of the ocean and beach; we must not forget-the most stunning sunsets on the beach! Also, includes complimentary beach service, during the season, with 2 with chairs, cushions, and umbrella (Mar-Oct).

The unit has an over-sized private master king suite with large closet, private master bath and a breath taking gulf-front ocean view with private balcony entrance. This king master suite has a seating area, 42inch flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player.

Also, we have provided a pack n' play and portable booster/high-chair for use by the guests if your vacation includes small children.

Check-in time is 3 pm or after--Check-out time is 10 am CST.

Maximum 8 guests and 2 parking passes for vehicles during peak summer months; sometimes in non-peak seasons - sometimes we can get permission for 3 parking passes.

No one under the age of 25 will be allowed to register...all rental guests, under the age of 25, must be married or supervised on the property at all times by parent or legal guardian.

No Smoking or Vaping allowed EXCEPT in designated areas in the paved parking lot- see below:

All areas are restricted from smoking or vaping (fenced pool area, spa deck area, unit balconies, units, breezeways, walkways, stairways, landings, picnic area and all grassy areas) except paved parking lot. No Smoking or vaping in condo or balconies at any time.

24 hours on-site security.

$79.00 for damage protection insurance will be added to your rental rates. If you prefer you can choose the $300.00 Security Deposit instead of property protection (refundable within 15 business days from departure providing no damages are found within the condo). Specify preference at time of booking. The additional fees will be added at time of booking based on your choice of protection for the rental unit.
